Operating from Hyde Gardens, in the heart of the central business district of Eastbourne, we have been providing advice in Surveying and Property matters since 1983.

We are an independent practice providing a professional, personal and friendly service to domestic and commercial clients across a wide-range of property. We provide a broad spread of services across Building Surveying and Valuation.

Our professional staff are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are a dedicated and forward-thinking team offering expert, local knowledge and sound, professional advice.

Memberships are held of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, the Pyramus and Thisbe Society and the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.

Much of our work is repeat business or referrals from Solicitors, Property Managers, Agents or Architects and we regularly act for individual property owners. Geographically we cover East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London. The firm is regulated by the RICS.
