Director

Kevin is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has spent all of his working life as a Surveyor. 

His career has encompassed work within the public and private sectors, including local authority housing, healthcare and managing agents, and both smaller independent and large corporate surveying firms. Kevin worked for several years for Strutt & Parker, dealing with many historic properties and estates. He has a particular interest in building conservation resulting from this. Over the past 10 years, much of Kevin’s work has focussed on property within London, working for some prominent residential managing agents and dealing with matters within some of the most exclusive Boroughs. Kevin is particularly skilled in defects diagnosis and in Party Wall matters. He is a member of both the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, the UK’s leading bodies in the field of Party Wall theory and practice.

Kevin is married with two grown-up children. He is an avid sports fan and is known to take a country ramble or two when away from the office!
