Patrick is a Chartered Building Surveyor, and RICS Registered Valuer.
After obtaining a Building Surveying degree from De Montford University in 1995, he qualified as Chartered Building Surveyor in 2000 while working for CBRE in London before moving to another top 10 building consultancy and also a specialist project management consultancy. He has worked for most of his career as a commercial Building Surveyor over a range of commercial industrial, retail and public-sector properties, providing a range of building surveying and project management services. At Kingston Morehen he undertakes a wide range of work, including project management, building surveys, dilapidations, valuations, and party walls.
Outside of work most of Patrick’s time is swallowed-up by his three children, but on rare occasions he enjoys squash and cycling or running on the South Downs.
