Kingston Morehen have experience in producing plans, drawings and architectural details on Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. These can be based on existing drawings, using measurements provided or by undertaking measured surveys of properties.
We can produce plans for Land Registry purposes. These are Ordnance Survey-based title plans which comply with the Land Registry Practice Guide 40, Supplement 2. These may be used for the sale or division of plots of land or for the registration of new plots of land.
In addition to this, Kingston Morehen can produce lease plans. This can be undertaken as a desktop exercise, if details are provided, or we can visit the property and complete a measured survey. Upon completion of the measured survey, we will produce scaled floor plans of the property which can be appended to a new or existing lease.
We regularly assist clients on the submission of applications, including producing drawings and other supporting documents, to the relevant Local Authority in order to gain pre-application advice, Planning Permission, Building Regulations approval, Listed Building Consent or consent for works within a Conservation Area.
